Return Policy

Return Policy:

1.If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on Kunyo Gears website or social media platform like Facebook and Instagram page. Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2.For electronic gadgets & headphones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty.

3.Change of mind is not applicable.

Valid reasons to return an item:

1.Product delivered is damaged (i.e. delivered in damaged condition) / defective (e.g. one side of the headphone does not works)

2.Product delivered  is incomplete (i.e. has missing parts and/or accessories)

3.Product delivered  is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item)

4.Delivered product if it does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)

Conditions for Returns of Goods:

  1. The product must be unused, untagged or without any flaws. If the  product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Kunyo Gears packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with a return shipping label attached. Do not put any other foreign structure like stickers and tapes.
